Anyone here with GAD with:
Muscle twitching
Internal vibrations lying in bed
Occasionally waking up feeling like ur body is vibrating unsure if we are or not about 30secs
Back of head/neck aches..lots of migraines
Speech issues like not being able to speak clearly on and off throughout the day and sometimes kind of slur which makes you scared to speak and also the feeling like ur speech is off. Like i feel like i have a lisp 80% of the time atm and i apparently dont.
I know a few people with bad anxiety but noone has my symptoms so it isnt helping the feeling of "something is being missed by the gp etc"
