Online psychiatrist?

Has anybody used one? How did it compare to in person?

I think alot of private psychiatrists offer online appointments these days. My psychiatrist prefers to see me face-to-face so he can assess how I am coping and because it gets me out of the house.
It’s easier to put on an act over Zoom than it is in real life.

Online is definitely better than nothing then if you can’t get to facetoface appointments.

My psychiatrist sees most of his patients online - he says that the demand hasn’t gone back for in person appointments since Covid. Personally, I prefer face to face but appreciate the convenience of online appointments.

No. I’ve not found anywhere suitable yet.

Yes but it seems very complicated with The Priory and ongoing treatment.
