Apps/books that provide daily motivation

I'm currently dealing with a few challenges (toxic job, health etc).

While I work on getting things back on track, are there any apps or books that provide daily motivation for tough times, perhaps combined with gratitude practice? Something that's like a digital companion almost?

I would like a motivation podcast generally, but literally just a gentle motivation thing. Almost like having a podcast with a nice boss. Obviously, I know there's not a lot of those around 😂

I don't want something about big goals and blah blah and I definitely don't want something about trauma or manifesting or whatever

Mel Robbins seems to come up as a suggestion quite a lot but I find her voice very harsh and she talks a lot about nothing. Maybe what I'm looking for doesn't exist.

I was also looking for a good meditation one, currently just making do with whatever I find on Spotify. I don't want the headspace app. I might have to bite the bullet and go to a class, the travel to my nearest one is a bit of a pain, but I think it's worth giving it a go.

The Insight Timer app has lots of guided mediations and talks, with some aimed at gratitude. Some can only be accessed on a paid subscription basis but there are lots of free ones available. It is an American app so all the mediations etc. I have accessed so far have had American narrators. It is the best Wellbeing app I have downloaded so far
