Soft New Years Resolutions - Positive thread.

I always find setting myself a New Year’s resolution makes me feel a bit of a failure by the end of the year.

So I’m focusing on much more soft goals this year, no pressure to complete them everyday, or even every week. But I thought I’d share mine, and hopefully you feel like sharing yours.

I’m hoping we can use this thread as a check point occasionally to hype each-other up, and remind each-other than small progress, is progress nonetheless.

My soft goals this year:
• Aim to drink more water, without setting a goal (2litres ect) just generally drinking ‘more’.

• Aim to spend 10-15 minutes getting fresh air, even if it’s just stood at the back door.

• Write down my thoughts when I have my diary and a pen close by. This helps me offload mentally.

• Go to bed at a similar time, create a proper bedtime routine to help aid my insomnia.
