What vitamins and supplements do you take?

I would like to start taking some vitamins/supplements to give me more energy and help me feel calmer. I can be quite an anxious person who gets overwhelmed and stressed when others wouldn't. I already exercise 3-4 times a week, take a low level of anti depressants and am planning to cut out caffeine and alcohol. If you have any recommendations please share. There seems to be a lot out there! Thank you.

I try to eat a healthy diet and maintain my weight. No alcohol as it doesn't agree with my digestive system/physical illnesses.
Supplements I take are an A-Z vitamin, vitamin D and prebiotic. This was on advice of the chronic fatigue clinic (psychologist also agreed it may help) but said it would help my mental health as well. Not sure it helps me much energy wise but hard to tell with CFS in the mix. The prebiotic definitely works as when I stopped them I wasn't very well.
