Our young adult daughter who has learning disabilities is suffering with her mental health again.
We’ve had 8 years of this but are more devastated that she has become unwell after more than 3 years of stability.

I have noticed that the biggest low of the day is in the afternoon.

She takes a daily dose of vitamin D3 (high dose) B12 and iron .

I know a lamp won’t cure her but it might be a tool to help.

What do I need to know, how many hours a day. Only in the morning? What strength of light?

Mine is 10k lumens, I think. You do about half an hour in the morning, not looking directly at it. I read with the lamp at 45° to me. The Daily Telegraph did a whole feature and I got this one half price on Amazon on Black Friday.

I'm still not convinced it's not placebo, but I love mine. It's on my desk under my screen at work and I have it on all day. My colleagues hate it because its so bright.

Thanks , I’ve made an order on Amazon. I’m clutching at straws. Daughter is not doing well
