App to help with teen anger

Hi, can anyone recommend an app or other strategies for helping my 13 yr old DS to deal with anger. He is very quick to get angry and then it spirals out of control. I am looking into how I can access help for him. I am scared for him and the impact it is having on our family. I would love to get him CBT or some therapy but trying to find something affordable or NHS is difficult so a mindfulness app would be helpful to try in the meantime. I have used headspace in the past for nothing on there for teens that I can see.

Often there are low cost providers available locally- I would ask anonymously on a local Facebook group for recommendations

Also - do you know where the anger is coming from ?

Thank you. I can’t work out how to post anonymously on my local facebook group- I’ve tried! The anger is almost always triggered by the fact that we insist he does homework before screen time and that as soon as he is rude or disrespectful his screen time is taken away.
