I was considering buying the flow headset set with the Black Friday deal but am not sure as it seems you will have to continually by pads for it. Has anyone had it help their anxiety. I don’t feel I am severely depressed but I feel my anxiety is getting worse in that I feel edgy all the time. Rarely relaxed even at home. If I thought it would help I would try it but I feel I don’t need to be stimulated even more . The opposite in fact after being stressed for years and high alert.

I bought one 10 weeks ago for anxiety. I am down to X2 sessions week so the amount of pads being used are obviously reducing too. I feel it is helping me, not dramatically but enough to notice. I took a while to research / check reviews before purchasing .
You need to download the Flow app, and it gives a schedule to follow. You cannot overuse as the sessions have to be released by the app. There is other stuff on the app to help, regarding depression and anxiety. It is recommended that you do a 10 min quiz thing, while using Flow, this involves pairing 'facial expressions' which helps the overall process apparently. It gets harder as the levels climb.
Remember you can return in 30 days if you are not happy with it. My view is that it is not a miracle, but another part of a process to help with mental health.
