So I applied for lcwra last year I declared a new change in circumstances and sent in a fit note for 12 weeks they denied me that but put me on lcw so I didn’t have to send in any more fit note’s I appealed against their decision and recently won and been awarded lcwra but my question is will I get back pay now because I was on lcw for over a year ?

I don’t think you get back pay on lcwra. Pip you would if you were awarded.
lcwra is just added on to your universal credit claim. My husband claims it because he’s disabled. And it gets added to our joint claim.

I could be wrong but just going by my own experience.

You get back pay from three months after you submitted your first fit note.
