Anyone take this/has taken this?
im cross tapering from mirtazipine to see if it helps my sleep and early morning anxiety so love to hear anyone’s experiences x

I do. Came off an antidepressant similar to mirtazapine.
really like it, as it helps me go gently to sleep. Find it best to take after food or with a snack if long time after dinner.

@Summercocktailsgalore ah that’s good to hear. Just coming off mirtazipine now and starting trazodone next week.
I’m hoping it’s going to help my early morning anxiety which is awful 😖
