Hobbies for 12 year old with ocd

Our dd has recently been discharged from hospital after 6 months as In patient with ocd and anorexia. I want to do everything I can to ensure she stays well. Her eating is in a much better place but her ocd is still tricky. We’ve been given barely any support in the community so I’m trying to do everything I can.
I’ve noticed her ocd gets worse when she becomes bored. I think she would benefit from hobbies. Everything I suggest she says no to though.
Does anyone have any suggestions for possible hobbies that don’t include a lot of physical activity, given the anorexia. Thank you in advance x

What about cross stitch? Something that keeps her hands and brain engaged but there is a huge variety of designs and levels of complexity.

in a similar vein crochet?

What is she interested in generally? That would give a direction.

Things like learning computer coding and being able to build stuff online can really engage people who hyperfocus and lots of different directions to into.

Crafting things like jewellery, you can get lots of supplies on line. She can research, design and make things whilst getting a sense of accomplishment.

Musical Youth Theatre has been a god send for one of my dc. Lots of quirky, silly kids letting loose...not everyone cup of tea, but she used to self-harm, and it's been a huge help in building her self esteem.

Dd enjoys crafting and it really helps to distract herself and lower her anxiety. Needlefelting is one of her favourites as you don't necessarily need to concentrate too much at least not initially anyway and you can pick it up and put it back down without there needing to be too much effort involved.
