What I said really.

don’t even know the point of this post. I am living for my kids and my kids only.
They have saved me in ways they would never believe.

Although most of the time I feel like they’d be better without me.
Probably everyone would who knows

Sending you love and hugs. It won’t always be this way. I remember hearing someone say, it’ll be alright in the end… and if it’s not alright, it’s not the end.

Everything that’s difficult now, will change with time. If things are really bad, it can and will only get better.

You are the world to your children, I am sure. And you have happiness ahead, even if you can’t see that right here and right now. It’ll will come in time.

Im sorry things are so hard. This too shall pass. ❤️

Yes, life is sometimes incredibly hard, you’re right - you’re also right that your children are so precious, they bring such joy & they love you so deeply. You’re the most important, strong, special, funny, protective, amazing person in their little universes. I wish you love, happiness & an easier time in your life xx

Hello OP, we are really sorry to hear you are feeling this way.

We hope you don't mind, but when these threads are flagged up to us we usually add a link to our Mental Health resources. Mental Health webguide.

You can also go to the Samaritans website or email them on [email protected].

Support from other Mumsnetters is great and we really hope you will be able to take some comfort from your fellow posters, but as other MNers will tell you, it's really a good idea to seek RL help and support as well.

We are going to move this thread to the Mental Health section shortly.

When I get that shit life feeling, I put music on and it takes my mind away from that sadness and low mood that shit life brings. You can’t change the shit things but you can still do whatever those simple things are that brings you joy and makes you smile. Here’s a Brew to warm you up. And take these FlowersFlowersFlowers as you deserve to be spoilt and have a break from your worries. I hope you know you are not alone in your struggles.

Even though I don't know you, you're children wouldn't be better off without you.
I daresay you're the centre of their world.🙏👍
