Section 135 and 136

I'm due to move roles within my company and this will involve an enhanced DBS. However, nothing client facing.

I have bipolar disorder. I've been sectioned 6 times in 5 years, two under a 135 and 136. Last section over 2 years ago

I have been stable for over 18 months thanks to lithium and the correct dose of antipychotic.

Looking at the MIND website it looks as though they're is a chance that this will be revealed with the DBS.

Work do not know about my condition ( I've never had anything positive come of disclosing this. Quite the opposite. Also don't see the point as if DBS is fine, i will have brought it up needlessly)

I have never caused harm to others, only myself.

I have worked SO hard to stay in employment. So bloody hard. Now I'm afraid it will be taken away from me.

Any thoughts or experience welcome.

I'm so unbelievably pissed off. You get nothing but punished for having a MH problem. I had my driving licence taken away, I lost my job and now this.
