Feel completely overwhelmed

I'm having a neurodivergent shutdown. I just wish it wasn't so hard.

Sorry to hear this. What does a shutdown like this involve ? What have you done previously to manage it - if that’s possible.

It means I can't verbally articulate. I can't verbally articulate the problem, how I got here, what to do. My brain won't more forward either. I also want some kind of escape route from this life. I'm drowning at work - tomorrow for example I know people are expecting things I haven't done. As soon as I have that thought my brain shuts down and won't let me find a solution. It feels like a train landing in my head and I want out.

I'm erring on getting signed off for stress. It won't help things long term though.
