Hi all,I have loads and loads of personal problems at the moment and as I result im chronically worrying
The doctor has temporarily prescribed setralin, im acbit nervous to try it.
Im not depressed im just extremely anxious and worrying, it's a loop, this weekend ive been vomiting and loose stomach with nerves

You sound a bit like my cousin - if she's not worrying about something, she's worried she's not worrying. Anyway, she started it two years ago and it's made life so much easier for her. She's got the headspace now to actually consider other things.

I was on sertraline for anxiety too, it made such a difference. Propranolol is helpful too for the physical symptoms of anxiety.

It has definitely helped with my anxiety - that constant knot in the stomach anticipating the next stressful situation has disappeared.
