Coming off Setraline experiences

Hiya
I'm about 4 months into trying to come off Setraline. Only was on 50mg now down to 12.5mg every other day. But I'm tearful. Very tearful and snappy with everyone around me. Can't be bothered to do anything except dissociate and watch stupid tik toks. Is this the real me or is this Setraline withdrawal? I need to be ok for mid Nov as have a big work thing. Help!

It seems like everyone is different. I went cold turkey and was ok after a week or two. Were you feeling ok on it? I need a lot of fresh air, exercise etc to feel ok.

i was on 100 then 50 then 0. Felt fine on it which prompted me to come off.
