Constant anxiety about losing job and getting bad feedback- anyone help?

For the last 10 years no matter what job I have had i always have the same level of anxiety. I live in a constant fear about not being good enough. Every time my manager puts a 1:1 in my diary the anxiety increases and I have physical symptoms
such as that awful feeling in my stomach.
I am 5 months into a new job and have a 6 mo th probation period. I have never had any negative feedback since I joined and have completed and passed all my training and have forged good relationships with my customers. Yet I can not get rid of the feeling that I’m going to get sacked.

I know the basis of CBT is to focus on fact and not fiction/emotional but I just can’t get past this.
does anyone have any ideas or advice to help over come this?
fyi I take sertraline for anxiety

When and why were you originally diagnosed with anxiety?

Sorry for delay in replying. I was diagnosed with depression over 25 years ago
