Getting help online

Has anyone had any success using an online doctor/mental health services to access therapy and medication? I need some help with anxiety and depression, but in the past I've got so stressed out waiting in the doctors for my appointment that I've not been able to really articulate all the problems I'm having.

I'd also like to discuss the possibility of taking something which isn't an SSRI as I've tried a lot of different types of those in the past and they haven't really helped, just made me feel jittery and unable to sleep. The GP just says they are only really trained to prescribe SSRIs and how effective they are. I would pay to consult with a Doctor who has more specialist knowledge in mental health, but I'm not sure the best way to find someone reputable.

There's info here on getting private help:

I would see a psychiatrist; they're the best people regarding medication. I would also write everything down and if your mind goes blank, just read it out.
