Struggling

Hello,

Me and my husband decided for him to get the snip around 12 months ago... I am now beginning to struggle with the fact we wont/can't have any more kids.

Has anyone else had these issues and thoughts?

How many children do you have? I think it's an understandable reaction. The finality of it. Those feelings of sadness will probably ease with time. Counselling may help? I think it's a very valid reaction, no matter how well thought out your decision was.

We have 3 beautiful kids. I've always been unsure about the counselling path... I just feel super clucky but also sad that it's the end and no more children for us.

I think u should be grateful u have 3 children as some people struggle to even have 1
