I tried hypnotherapy once for insomnia and worrying, and it worked. Now we are in NW London and I wonder if anyone can recommend a hypnotherapist to help here with similar issues. I've actually been recommended some very expensive award winning therapists with offices in places where you usually find top doctors (Harley St etc), but I'm hoping to find someone unpretentious and practical who knows about CBT. Nothing too fancy. So if anyone has any personal recommendations I'd be really grateful. Thanks. l. 😊

You could talk to my colleague, Glen Russell, in Hitchin. Happy to send you his details. Be aware that most practitioners work via Zoom since Covid.

Thank you very much. I'd rather have face to face for hypnotism but if I do not find anyone local I will get back in touch.
