Feeling really sad…

I won’t go into the details of what my situation is because if you have read my previous posts you will know.

i just feel sad, hopeless and alone. I’ve no real friends, my family don’t understand and I feel like I’m in a cycle I can’t get out of.

if I could have anything right now it would be a hug and for someone to say everything is going to be ok

I hear you, and feel the same sometimes. I haven’t seen your previous posts but guessing you must not have any close (or supportive) relationships? It takes its toll.

I have read some of your posts. I would love to reach out and give you a hug ❤️
I am sorry life has been so difficult. Can you simply take things minute by minute? Are you still with your partner? How is your little one?

So sorry you feel so sad. Sending you a big hug.

I haven't read your posts but i know how it is to have a shit family. Are you the scapegoat?

I'm really sad too so we can hold each other in solidarity.

I haven't read your previous posts either, I'm sorry that you're having to post at all, I know it's not a nice place to be.

If I can offer one modicum of hopeful comfort it's to say that nothing stays the same forever. Whether good or bad things are going on for you, it will change. So you can allow yourself to feel hope and to look forward to things being better, hopefully that won't be too far away Flowers

Awwww, have a hug from me xx

I’ve had a quick look at your post history; you’ve certainly had a rough few years. What medication and/or therapy have you tried so far? Has any treatment helped in any way?

Newmumoct20 · 02/08/2025 19:01

Thanks everyone for their replies. I’m still with my partner albeit he doesn’t live with us and I hardly see him and when he is with us he’s nasty. It’s mainly just me and the boy and we are doing ok. I appreciate the hugs and well wishes from people on here, I have no one else to turn too x

Then, I think things willbe ok @Newmumoct20 Not living with him is a plus. Can you make yourself less available and phase him out?
Go and do stuff just you and your little boy, and get busy having some fun ❤️
A great big warm grandma hug from me xx
