It means you're a bit fed up.

Look at any changes you can make to improve your diet. Exercise. Get outside and appreciate nature. Read a good book. Have a laugh with friends. Turn off the news. Limit your social media. Keep a gratitude journal.

Best of luck.

Very good advice from @AnnetteFlix - it’s basic self -care for mild depression. The other things that are recommended: a regular routine with an emphasis on getting good sleep, and doing some sort of charitable or volunteer work - something that takes you out of yourself and focuses on others, as well as giving you a sense of self-worth. That you are valuable.

Fo you play a musical instrument or paint or have a hobby that you can become absorbed in? Some trying to get into a “flow” state ( you can google it) can really help.

All good advice. I'd add; try to figure out what you are depressed about? Is it something you can change, such as a job, a relationship or where you live? Is it dissatisfaction with life?

As Simon Sinek says – always start with Why.
