Me too! Sometimes I’m awake from 2.30am onwards. I’m menopausal. Do you know what is causing yours?

Try melatonin tablets.

I used melatonin, night nurse and nytol (on rotation, not all together!).

My insomnia only stopped when I sorted out some life problems that were causing me a lot of distress

Using night nurse is not ideal for this situation and can result in addiction so I’d caution op against it

Quetiapine is magic. 50mg knocks me right out
