Is it possible I have ADHD? I’m sixty and have suffered with anxiety and depression my whole adult life. My daughter thinks I have ADHD

Anything is possible. You need to speak to your doctor about getting tested, no one can diagnose you with any certainty on the internet.

It is certainly possible, as ADHD can sometimes go unrecognized in adults, especially when anxiety and depression are also present. Your daughter’s concerns may be worth discussing with a qualified mental health professional. A proper assessment could provide clarity and help identify the most appropriate support.

Yes, it’s possible to have ADHD at any age, including being diagnosed later in life. Many adults especially those with long-term anxiety or depression later discover ADHD was underlying their difficulties.
But it can also overlap with or be mistaken for anxiety, depression, or burnout, so it’s not something you can confirm without a proper assessment.you can use this:adhdcertify.co.uk/adult-booking-confirmation.
If your daughter sees patterns that fit ADHD, it could be worth discussing with a GP or psychiatrist for a formal evaluation.
