Dh is on day 18 of duloxetine. Started on 40mg and for the past 2 days he’s been on 60mg. He’s been in bed for 3 weeks with severe anxiety and depression. He’s extremely distressed and it’s getting worse as are the dark thoughts. Did anyone experience this on duloxetine? Not sure if it’s the medication or the illness causing this.
