Diazepam for panic attack at work

Anyone used 2 mg diazepam for panic attacks at office work, meetings etc how does it affect you please

I took diazepam for flying anxiety. It made me feel very spaced out and sleepy. I felt like my brain moved slowly. I wouldn't think you'd do good work on it, sorry OP.

doesn’t affect me in anyway, except it makes me feel less anxious

I had a paradoxical reaction. Made me an awful lot more anxious and agitated. I even got very animated and frustrated with a locked door. I was lucky I was in hospital at the time.

I was given propanalol and sceptical at first, but they really helped. 40mg 3x a day to keep it in your system. No side effects
