What things do you do to brighten your day when you're not feeling good? I'd love to just go back to bed but have a couple of things I need to get through in the next few days and need something to help me through it.

Start looking for 'glimmers' - those little things that are around us every day but we often don't see. Go to your window and look at the sun (or interesting cloud formations!), listen for bird song or children laughing, look at flowers or an ant going about it's business - you get the idea. Once you actively look for these little pops of joy your mind (the Reticular Activating System to be precise) will start bringing them to your attention.

Even 10 minutes of yoga with Adrienne can help, so I try that. In fact did it this morning as tomorrow is going to be a hard day and I'm dreading it already. Also sitting or walking outside and listening to the birds is very calming.

Any exercise to get the heart going even running up and down the stairs. Endorphins ❤️❤️❤️

hey!, just wanted to say thank you to anyone reading or replying.
I came across a few short videos that really helped me shift something internally. Thought I’d leave it here in case it resonates with someone else too:
