I'm currently pregnant with my first (don't know the gender yet) with ADHD and Autism and I'm finding it really hard to know what things to look at and buy, I've found a travel system and that's it. i have been given loads of items from family as their children don't need it anymore but i am getting extremely overwhelmed by the whole thing and give up looking for anything else. i'm also not very good at keeping my attention span on anything that involves too much reading which doesn't help with the ADHD side of things as the Autistic side of me needs to know what she's doing and have a plan in place.

i'm sorry if that makes 0 sense i'm not good with words sometimes either 😣

I googled for a checklist on line, would this help?
Tick off what you've been given and then perhaps have a look at one thing at a time? If the choice for each item is overwhelming you could post for recommendations?to narrow down your search?

Makes perfect sense! ADHD and ASD fighting in your brain!

Sometimes I think that running through a day in your head can help. Anything in capitals is a need.

Wake up, go through to baby in COT. Take baby out, change baby on CHANGE TABLE OR MAT. Sit and feed either breastfeed NURSING BRA or formula BOTTLES. Both need an COMFY CHAIR. And so on.
