Has anyone any experience of having one . I was referred about 5 weeks ago
I litterally have had one phone call a week one when I was at work phoned home phone number , twice when I was at work and unable to take the calls . They leave a message saying they will try again. But don’t say when . It’s from number withheld so had no idea who to call back .. I then got an opt in letter which they didn’t write for a week. So I phoned .
both the crisis team and mh practitioners have both contacted them with my days off this week asking me on days off .
so today was one of them, no contact yet again .
i am so frustrated and reality don’t even know what they do never mind if they can help .
i would be interested if anyone has any experience as I feel I am just been left struggling
