Section 117 review and feeling isolated

I had my section 117 review yesterday, I had got really anxious before it. On reflection I think it's because they are very intrusive questions, but also because they said it was to make sure I was doing things that stop me ending up in hospital. I don't understand what the things are that make me end up in hospital vs the day before that deicison, iyswim. I also feel really isolated - the SW was kind, but I had the feeling they didn't expect much from me - I said about my volunteering and studying, and she seemed surprised.
Has anyone else had similar reviews/discussions? I don't know anyone else who's had section 117 support.

My understanding is that section 117 of the Act is about entitlement to funded (free) aftercare. Have they given you any information about what it means. This is what Mind says:

I've been involved in writing 117 plans, and while some of the focus will be on you, the reason should be to highlight things that your CMHT and (if applicable) your social worker need to do, such as sensory profile for work adjustments, or even paying for private therapy if it's been identified as necessary.

They can be scary, but usually because thry haven't been explained to you properly.
