Mindfulness course - can anyone self-refer?

Is this just for NHS or council staff or can anyone self-refer?

I’ve just had s look at the link and it seems to be open to anyone who is registered with a GP in Nottinghamshire

Thank you. I thought this was the case, but have been told otherwise by someone else. I just wanted someone to check I hadn't missed something.
