Why do I find my parents so irritating?

I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant so unsure if it’s the raging hormones but it’s easy to blame them when I’ve felt like this for the past ten years. Being around my parents makes me feel so agitated and irritable, I start to get really angry and I don’t know why, even by the way they both eat, they constantly moan and are negative and I’m starting to wonder if this is why I have the mental health issues I do, depression/anxiety. Just recently I’ve just wanted to be by myself and have kind of locked myself away. I feel incredibly guilty as their both mid sixties and neither are in the best health, my mum has just found she has heart failure and whilst that makes me feel so sad I just literally cannot stand to be around them for more than an hour or so. Even my partner has noticed that when we go to theirs I come out a horrible snappy agitated mess. I feel incredibly guilty especially as my partner is deployed and away on exercise quite often so they’re really the only support I have, that and two sisters who don’t really bother with me. Has anyone else felt like this? Is it normal?
