I have eczema that appears round eyes after loads of worry or some bad news/worrying situations and then it sometimes disappears immediately when I am then happy or having a great day.
I wonder if I am stressed without realising. I am generally ok but I do worry about stuff constantly (stuff that has never happened) anyone have some tips on how I can keep de stressed as i think it's partly connected to skin issues. What makes you feel not stressed and calm?

yoga helps me in 3 main ways:
physical relief & release of bodily tension
the breathing techniques
relaxation at the end of a yoga practice

I can tap into the breathing when stressed - for example after 2 friends died in a plane crash I became very anxious about flying. I am able to use yoga breathing techniques to chill out and relax on a flight. I use what I learn in yoga to put myself in a calm space, that I can create anywhere.
