Every so often, I find myself once again getting pushed around and upset. I suddenly remembered some very useful self help resources that I found a few years ago. I wondered if anyone else would find them helpful too.

It's an Australian government site which offers information sheets and a set of workbooks for various conditions. I found them really helpful and I've just downloaded one about Distress Tolerance which made me think about sharing. I think health in Australia is better funded and in a better position than the NHS.

As a now retired mental health nurse, I often recommended the Australian stuff, apart from the who to contact bits, it was just so much easier to read, user friendly than much of the stuff produced here. Times may have changed though
