Finally went to GP last Friday after admitting that I am depressed. 2 children 6 and 4 and a 3 month old who I am breastfeeding.
Life is a bit crap at the moment. Too lethargic to go into detail, but suffice to say I'm flat as a pancake.. Will open up more at some point I expect.

My dh has taken this on and off for several years due to anxiety/depression that recurs when he is stressed.

These days, he takes it for a day or two when things get on top of him and it is almost immediately helpful. He describes it as like a curtain going up and he feels more relaxed, better able to sleep and calmer pretty much straight away.

Well done for going to your GP. I hope you feel better very soon.
