Today is hard. My mind feels loud, crowded with thoughts I can’t quiet. I just need the noise in my head to stop, even for a moment.

Are you able to get out for a walk? It’s beautiful out there today, if you can find somewhere quiet and peaceful to sit and take in the fresh air and sounds of the birds.

The constant thoughts are draining, I hope you can find some stillness today.

As best you can, focus on your senses. Really look at something, a view from a window, a favourite piece of clothing, a pet - whatever it is, just really take in as much detail as you can, as if you'd never seen it before. Or what can you hear? The quietest sound, the loudest - tune in to all your senses. Your brain will quite the thoughts if you focus on your senses because it literally can't do both! That's one of the reasons getting outside can help, lots to look at and hear or touch or smell.

How else do you deal with the busy thoughts, OP? Is there someone who helps you with it?

I know that it is not easy on you just now but know that our thoughts are just our random thoughts. They are not who we are as people.
Nature is good if you can engage with it. Sometimes the movement of a brisk walk can shift the bit of negative energy that we all hold inside of us. Or maybe a craft. I find diamond painting very theraputive. It is like a meditation. Thinking of you 👍
