Hello everyone,
I’ve been struggling with my mental health for a while now, and it’s been a tough journey. There are days when it feels overwhelming, and I wonder if anyone else here has gone through something similar. I’m not looking for medical advice, but I would love to hear from anyone who has been living with a mental health condition, whether it's anxiety, depression, or any other challenge.
It helps to know that I’m not alone in this, and hearing others’ stories has always been comforting. What’s been your experience? How have you coped, and what kind of support has helped you get through difficult times?
Looking forward to hearing from you all, and hoping we can support each other through this journey.

You’re definitely not alone. Depression and anxiety most of my adult life. Am at a place now where I can manage it better than ever (usually). Exercise is massive. Have been struggling a lot last few weeks. Keep going! What helps you?

Tell us about your struggles first OP as otherwise you are sounding like a journalist fishing for material.

Hi I’ve always had anxiety. It comes and goes but never completely. When it’s bad it’s horrendous I don’t eat much and have ruminating thoughts. Can feel completely alone. Im having a moderate episode now of it. It gets worse when im
tired or under stress. For me things that help are being alone when it’s really bad, exercise any sort really does help. Yoga and reading - being around animals and a good old cry can help.
it’s the pits when it’s bad- if anyone wants to chat please message me

I’ve been medicated 27 years for clinical depression as it was called then and your post does not intone like someone who is genuinely depressed.
