Hi, i increased my Duloxetine from 60mg to 90 2 1/2 weeks ago. Since Saturday night i've had these jumping sensations everytime i try to get off to sleep. Not just once but throughout the night. Could it be the increase that's causing it. I can't cope with it, its horrible. Any feedback will be appreciated.

I had these when I increased my Amitriptryline and it terrified me. It did settle down though and only happened on the odd occasion now. I think being extra stressed or tired makes them worse. I hope they improve for you as tour body gets used to the med increase, if not get back in touch with your GP

My doctor told me these were the result of total mental and physical exhaustion and they did go away for me. But I'm not familiar with your medication so it could quite possibly be due to the increase. Probably best to ask your doctor if it carries on.
