Hi, I'm having the worst flare up of illogical OCD thoughts and anxiety and need some help! Considering going back on medication but coming off was really hard so don't want to go through it all again if I can manage through other techniques.

Hello,
I, too, have OCD. It's horrible. I don't have a lot of advice, since I'm struggling quite a lot with it right now.

I try to be kind to myself, so if I have had a "good day" I am happy about that, but if I have had a "bad day", I try to tell myself that it's the disorder that does this to me, and that tomorrow will be a better day.

There is some advice and discussion about OCD in this thread

Some of the thread is about medication, but there are other advice too.

I wish you all the best!

I’m the OP of the thread quoted above. Some great suggestions on there and I have bought both books, one arrived today. Looking forward to reading them.
My OCD is definitely worse at some times of the month than others.. currently going through a bad patch so I feel your pain.
Just remember, you are stronger than it!
