Setreline and alcohol

I’ve been taking setreline for a month and I had a few drinks this evening, my gp said I can have drinks as long as I stay within recommended guidelines. I’ve had three drinks so a bit over.
I’ve woken up at 2.30 and been awake ever since. I feel terrible. Like I’ve drank 10 drinks not 3. Before I could drink what I have and be fine.
has anyone else’s tolerance just changed when taking this? I think I need to cut it out now as I feel absolutely awful

My tolerance didn't change that I noticed. I'm not a huge drinker (3/4 a night if going out) and avoid spirits and mixing drinks because it always affected me badly. I also often alternate with water. Your body may still be adapting to it though.

Did you drink lots of water too? Dehydration can make you feel trerrible on a couple of drinks. Also if you’ve not managed to get back to sleep because you’re worried then that’s also going to not help how you feel. I always think a large amount of a hangover is actually the fact you don’t sleep properly when you’ve been drinking. When students say they don’t get handovers I always think that’s because you can sleep through till 2pm the next day and get some actually sleep once the alcohol has worn off.

i hope you’ve managed to get some sleep are are feeling ok this morning.
