Book recommendations

Does anybody have any book recommendations that I could read with my 8 year old daughter regarding adhd/ ASD at all? She’s not diagnosed but eventually will be.
We are having difficulty with violence at home caused by masking at school.
she is unaware of any potential named diagnosis so books with names in the title are off putting.
whether to tell her what we suspect is another story.
I just want to help her any way I can
also any books for younger siblings that might help me support them?
many thanks

I can’t recommend any particular books, but maybe her executive functioning is impaired. There is a link between the pre-frontal cortex of the brain and inability to emotionally regulate themselves and it all comes under executive functioning. So if she’s at the point of violence, she can’t control it and it’s too late, so you need to be changing her environment so that she doesn’t get to that point and if she is autistic she needs to know about it
