Hi all,
I've suffered from anxiety for a number of years, particularly around times of big life decisions and commitments. Last year I had about 6 months of weekly psychotherapy sessions to help me to address the issue. Although the sessions were helpful, and they made me feel lighter, they haven't stopped the anxiety.
I've now been referred to a psychiatrist, as there could be additional things that need to be considered.
Can anyone recommend a good psychiatrist in the Northamptonshire/Bedfordshire area?
