When you get the euphoria that is so strong it feels like it pours out of your skin & you feel like you leave this world type feeling or become at one with the universe (& it doesn’t feel like you’re as a high as you were, but clearly are, more so) is this hypomania or mania? It does quickly lead to believing things that aren’t true but feel like they’d be amazing.
