Okay so, beggining to wonder if this is something to do woth anxiety. Has anyone ever had this? Lately i have been experiencing the oddest sensations in my foot and leg, like i have spilt a warm drink on my calf or sole of my foot or i've temperarily stoof against a radiator. But then it goes. Absolutely no reason i can think that this is happening but it is very unnerving. Has anyone else experieneced this? I'm quite unsettled by it. I had contacted my doctor but it takes weekes to hear back and i don't know what could be anxiety and what is a genuine medical concern. Just looking to hear if anyone has had this and what it turned out to be? Thanks lovelies xx

I had this on my upper foot on and off for a year about 8 years ago. Like a heater had been turned on and was blowing hot air oh my foot. I can't remember it happening in the last 8 years and as far as I know nothing untoward has happened. Sorry probably doesn't help much! I remember being very anxious about it but it stopped a while after it started.

yes I have, post menopause, my left outer calf, just as you say,
as though I am standing against a heat source
heart side, (don’t know if this is relevant) but I’m still here
this has never bothered me enough to investigate
my face also flares, hot and pink for no apparent reason

I don’t believe Ive ever noticed my feet aflame although they are often hot iyswim
