Took my first dose of 10mg escitalopram last night and woke up this morning with horrendous diarrhoea and extremely increased anxiety. I switched to esc from citalopram after it just increased my anxiety for the whole 12 weeks I took it. Didn’t give me any diarrhoea just constantly nauseous. Not sure whether to half my dose tomorrow and taper up.
Anyone else got any experiences of this?
