I'm stuck in a bit of a rut and I need some advice please.
- Thought I was ill, convinced myself it was really bad. Was incredibly anxious for about 4 weeks.
- Was then told I'm probably ok but the doctors would check me again in a few months.
- Struggled to get over the anxiety, felt incredibly weird and down, developed weird and disordered behaviour around food and eating. Saw a counsellor but she wasn't that helpful.
- Now had the check up and doctor says I'm definitely fine.
How would you recommend I move on from all this? Any tips?
