Blood clot or not

I have very bad health anxiety I was getting in the bath around 5pm and saw this I do bruise so easily very common in family but my anxiety has over run once again now I'm scared this is a blood clot. Any experience or someone that can tell if its just a bruise please no hate its on site of my leg by calf no swelling no warmth don't hurt no lump can be pushed on..

Just looks like a bruise to me.

I think a blood clot is usually hot and swollen, and extremely painful.

Agree with PPs that it looks just like a bruise where you’ve knocked yourself. Very easy to do on the back of the calves.

I had a condition that caused me to experience very painful cramps in my calves. The GP wanted to see me to rule out a blood clot. The first thing he said when he checked my legs was that there was no heat or swelling and was satisfied that it wasn’t the cause.

Can't sleep anxiety taking over. I hate having anxiety wish I never saw the bruise 😪
