Sertraline for OCD - it's helping a bit with OCD but I feel more depressed!

I've had OCD/emetophobia for 13 years.

I finally decided to give sertraline a go and started it 2 months ago alongside ERP for my OCD.

I've titrated up from 12.5mg of sertraline to 75mg, and although there are teeny tiny improvements in my OCD (that I feel able to do some things that previously I hadn't been able to do), I feel utterly flat/depressed. I have no motivation to do anything. Even having a shower is a chore, as is going for a walk which I used to love and would religiously achieve my steps goal each day. I feel like a ghost in my own body.

I saw the GP yesterday and we discussed either changing medication or increasing the sertraline to 100mg to see what happened. I am going to increase to 100mg (as I know the therapeutic dose for OCD can be up to 200mg) and have a review in 3 weeks. But I don't know if that's the right thing to do or not. I'm worried it will just make me feel more flat.

Has anyone got any experience of this? Does the flatness get better if I stick with it? Or do I need to reconsider changing meds if it's not likely to improve?

Hiya. I take sertraline for OCD and I take 200mg which does really help. I suffer severe anxiety and depression and they are out of control right now so I don’t think the sertraline is working on them,
