Help, am I going crazy?

Help im not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but something really scary is happening. I've been working all day and then suddenly towards the end of the day I read back on a few messages I'd sent (I work from home) and literally none of them were what I'd remembered sending. I mean they were sort of similar but just not the same - almost like an AI had written a version of what I may have wanted to say. I thought I was going mad so I read back through more & all were like that from about lunchtime, like I couldn't identify with having written them. I thought maybe work had put some weird AI on our system but I looked on my mobile and it's the same with texts I've sent this afternoon. Sort of like I'd sent something, and then it's been updated - so it's sort of the same theme but just not my words. And some of the emails and messages have things in I just don't recognise at all.

& now my head feels all kind of hot and tingly and I'm scared. Am I having some sort of breakdown?

Think i would phone 111 for some advice if it were me! You may need checking over. A friend of mine had been writing a letter and when she read it back it was literally garbled rubbish! Suspected TIA. Won't hurt to have a chat with someone medical. Just to put your mind at rest. Good luck 👍🏻

Thank you. I went to bed in the end and have woken this morning feeling ok again but with a tingly head as if recovering from a migraine.

It was really scary and hard to explain which is what is putting me off going to dr. I think my husband thinks I'm making it up too because it sounds so weird. I kept reading messages and it was like every time i read what I'd written it was different and I couldn't remember having written that or recognise what id written. Both via emails and social / texts. Never had anything like that before.
