I suppose information is power and these tips are helping me a lot atm.

There are quite a few free resources on the website, so hoping they are helpful for others! They seem to make a lot more sense than most things I see on-line anyway!

This is very interesting. I have recently gone through a really difficult and traumatic time. The main stressor has stopped but I don't feel any better. I wonder if there is something in this.

The bit about the goal being to restore your sense of safety made me a bit sad though because I don't feel like I will ever feel safe again. :(
